We adhere to the most stringent state and federal guidelines in handling and storing information. As a provider, you may call Sterling to inquire about benefits or claims status. To be sure that all callers, including providers, are eligible to discuss Protected Health Information (PHI), our call center representatives will request a few data elements for verification:

  • Medicare Number
  • Member Number
  • Birth Date
  • Address
  • Phone Number
